The Ethereal Silence of a Fallen Flower…

flickrhivemind.net

Nature’s in-frangible awesomeness, the balmiest splendor;

Gestates the everlastingly hexing beauty of wonder.

Oriented scant, are its sweet-scented moments on earth;

But the supernal beauty’s saga of esteem, has no dearth.

Keels it mildly to the coolheaded breeze, mirthfully perched;

Caressed euphorically with love and exquisitely attended.

Ornaments itself in the most burnished of the flushed red;

To the mesmeric redolence, this beaut is celestially wed.

Aborigine of grace, speaks the fine language of peace;

Love is its culture, modesty is its attire, carried in ease.

Echoes the raspy wind’s bell and tiny spirit is glad to kneel;

Descending graciously and thinly to ratify the death’s deal.

Its cushy petals autumn, fly and dry by the sun-baked heat;

But the memorable dawdling essence, reincarnate and repeat.

Profoundly fathoming is this suave and orphic flavored power;

Drawing me gently to the ethereal silence of the fallen flower.

    Beautiful, Reva. The fallen flower is such a wonderful metaphor for the way some of us feel about the seasons of our lives. Does that make sense? We fall, yet the seeds that are released when we fall are what create the flower that blooms again in another season. Your word choices as always are beyond exquisite…you word smith, you! Blessings

      Thank you my dearest Kirsten. Your words make my smile adhere to my lips tightly. You are right…fallen flower is about the life’s seasons. We fall to get created in another beautiful form….The silence in that fall is an absolute bliss. Your interpretation is beautiful and the words are a beautiful poem in themselves. You are bringing me closer to my dream of becoming word smith. :)Thank you for the blessings. Stay Wonderful!
      Love you. 🙂

    WOW – I have never read anything so sanguine about a fallen flower. Beauty sure does lie in the beholder’s eye.
    “Profoundly fathoming is this suave and orphic flavored power;
    Drawing me gently to the ethereal silence of the fallen flower.” – I adore these lines! So delicately beautiful, and the phrase ‘orphic flavoured power’ is exquisite.
    Brilliant and flawless, as always, R. ❤

      I am not that literate to teach you English. I am still a learner….and I learn from observing and reading others’ beautiful works. I am sorry you are very well mistaken. It is not a sad poem it is a poem on solitude….the deep silence……the silence in which life is stilled but not ended.

  7. This is the grace of the nature
    in which the whole living beings are nurtured
    the effort to rapture its eloquence through defilement
    would the future get a chance to enjoy this wonderment?

    A fallen flower with opened future.
    It sees the whole world, traveling by day and night.
    To tell the tales of the fallen and risen….
    Sunrays tickle the petals with warm sight.

                  It is honestly an honor to have met you, Vik. I know…i was completely new here on WP then….knowing none. Was simply penning my ramblings …totally spineless and nerveless. Many just followed and commented my writing because i too followed their works and commented. It was just mutual.

                  But you were always there to support me right from the day we met….irrespective of me following your works or commenting. I still remember how I cried like a lil baby on seeing your comment carrying that maiden nomination. It still means a lot to me. But at once…i felt :Do i really deserve? ….Thanks a lot for everything.

                  Thats why I was very much worried when you went on a Sabbath from your blogging for a while. You know….thats what i call a fear of losing some beautiful encouragement.Thanks to my memory….i somehow traced you on twitter.

                  Stay blessed! 🙂

      Thank you so much, Akhiz. this poem is a few minute scribbling on seeing a fallen flower in my garden. Tried to maintain a subtle flavor in this poem just for a change. The flower is called Hibiscus (China rose/ flame of the forest). Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Stay Blessed! 🙂

      Thank you so much, Fred. Was watching the fallen flowers in my garden….and a beautiful thought took birth instantly. “Fallen Flower” was the word that echoed deep. So just penned it fresh from the garden. Now, I call your kind words “Pure Appreciation”. Immensely in love with your kind adjective PURE. Thanks a lot.

      Have a peaceful time. 🙂
